The Collective is an organization dedicated to developing musical talent and providing entertainment and event planning. Representing a variety of artists and genres, Gary Smith, Ralph McNeill and Reggie Smith formed the organization to unite promotional talents and develop regular events that were a noticeable cut above the "usual night out."
